Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
Welcome to Aloied.
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit aloied.com, create an account, place an order, or purchase a product from us.
Aloied is operated by Filewave Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE492886, with its registered address at Erichthoniou, 9, 3100, Limassol, Cyprus.
Throughout these Terms, “Aloied”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Filewave Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the person visiting the website or purchasing from us.
Please read these Terms before placing an order. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Cancellation Policy, and any other policies referred to on the website.

1. About Aloied
Aloied is an online retail store offering fashion, accessories, lifestyle products, home products, pet products, gadgets, and other consumer goods.
Some products may be stored, processed, or dispatched by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners. This means that products in the same order may occasionally be shipped from different locations or arrive in separate packages.
Unless we clearly tell you otherwise before you place an order, your purchase is made from Filewave Ltd. The involvement of a supplier, warehouse, fulfilment partner, courier, or other service provider does not remove any consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

2. Who Can Use Our Website
Our website is intended primarily for customers purchasing products for personal or household use.
To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under the legal age required to enter into contracts in your country, you should only use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
If you wish to purchase products on behalf of a business or for commercial resale, please contact us before placing an order, as different terms may apply.

3. Using aloied.com
You are welcome to browse and shop on our website for lawful purposes.
When using the website, you must not:
• use it for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, servers, or administrative areas;
• introduce viruses, malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful technology;
• interfere with the normal operation or security of the website;
• scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission;
• use automated tools to place orders or manipulate prices, promotions, reviews, or availability;
• impersonate another person or provide deliberately false information; or
• use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Aloied or another person.
We may restrict or suspend access to the website where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our customers, systems, business, or legal rights.

4. Product Information
We try to make our product pages as useful and accurate as possible. Product descriptions may include information supplied by manufacturers, distributors, or fulfilment partners.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colours, photographs, prices, and availability are accurate. However, small differences can occur.
For example, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, packaging may be updated by a manufacturer, or minor design details may change between production batches.
Measurements and dimensions shown on the website may also be approximate unless we specifically state otherwise.
If a particular feature, size, material, compatibility requirement, or specification is essential to your purchase, please contact us before ordering so that we can help you check it.

5. Product Availability
Products displayed as available on the website can occasionally become unavailable before our inventory or supplier information has been updated.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve that product.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer an alternative, cancel the affected item, or issue a refund.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

6. Prices and Currency
Product prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.
Prices can change from time to time due to supplier pricing, promotions, exchange rates, taxes, or other commercial factors. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.
Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other costs that apply to your order will be displayed or explained before you complete your purchase where required.
If we discover an obvious pricing or website error after an order has been submitted, we may contact you before accepting the order. You will normally be given the choice of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the affected item for a refund.

7. Placing an Order
Before submitting your order, please check your cart carefully.
You are responsible for making sure that the products, quantities, sizes, colours, delivery address, billing details, email address, and other information entered during checkout are correct.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated email confirming that we have received it.
That email is an acknowledgement of your order and does not necessarily mean that we have finally accepted it.
An order is normally accepted once it has been approved for fulfilment or dispatched and we send you the relevant confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance where there is a reasonable reason to do so, including:
• the product being unavailable;
• payment not being authorised;
• an obvious pricing or description error;
• suspected fraud or unauthorised payment activity;
• restrictions affecting delivery to your location;
• unusually large quantities suggesting commercial resale; or
• circumstances that make fulfilment unlawful or impracticable.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot accept, the relevant amount will be refunded.

8. Payment
Payment must normally be completed before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your country, device, or payment provider.
Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card details on our own website servers where those details are processed directly by the payment provider.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may carry out additional verification or security checks. We are not responsible for a payment being declined by your financial institution, although our support team can help if there appears to be a problem with the checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with your order.

9. Discount Codes and Promotions
From time to time, Aloied may offer promotional prices, discount codes, free-shipping offers, competitions, bundles, or other special offers.
Unless we state otherwise:
• promotions are available for a limited period;
• discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed;
• promotions cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
• only one promotional code may be used per order;
• certain products, destinations, or order values may be excluded; and
• we may cancel or correct a promotion affected by an obvious technical or pricing error.
Any special conditions displayed with a particular promotion will form part of these Terms.

10. Order Processing and Delivery
Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared for fulfilment.
Processing and delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a particular delivery date.
Delivery can be affected by matters such as destination, customs processing, courier networks, public holidays, severe weather, local disruptions, high order volumes, supplier processing times, or incorrect address information.
Where consumer law requires delivery within a particular period, your statutory rights continue to apply regardless of any estimated delivery window shown on the website.
More information about shipping areas, estimated delivery times, tracking, and delivery charges is available in our Delivery Policy.

11. Separate and Split Shipments
If an order contains several products, they may not always arrive in the same parcel.
This is particularly common where products are stored in different fulfilment centres or supplied by different partners.
Where an order is split for fulfilment reasons, you will not normally be charged additional shipping fees solely because we chose to send the products separately.

12. Customs, Import Duties and Local Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, local VAT, brokerage charges, or similar fees depending on the destination and the way the order is fulfilled.
Where additional charges may be payable by you, we will provide the information required by applicable law before the purchase is completed.
Customs rules differ between countries, and customers are responsible for ensuring that products they order can lawfully be imported into their destination country.

13. Delivery Address and Failed Deliveries
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us at support@aloied.com as quickly as possible. We will try to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once fulfilment has started.
Where a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, refused without a statutory reason, or failed to collect the parcel, reasonable costs associated with re-delivery or return shipping may apply, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Risk During Delivery
Where consumer protection law applies, responsibility for the goods normally remains with us until you, or another person nominated by you, receives physical possession of them.
If you independently arrange for a carrier that was not offered by us, different rules regarding transfer of risk may apply.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce any statutory protection you have where an order is lost or damaged before delivery.

15. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
If you want to cancel or change an order, contact support@aloied.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help, but orders can move into fulfilment quickly. Once an order has been packed, transferred to a supplier, or dispatched, we may not be able to stop it.
If cancellation before dispatch is no longer possible, you may still have return or withdrawal rights after receiving the goods.
Please see our Cancellation Policy and Refund and Returns Policy for more information.

16. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from many online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to legally permitted exceptions.
To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may contact us at support@aloied.com and include your name, order number, and the product or products you wish to return.
Where required by applicable law, you may also exercise your withdrawal right using the online withdrawal function provided on our website.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the relevant goods within the period required by applicable law.
For change-of-mind withdrawals, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where we have informed you of this responsibility before purchase.
You may inspect a product in the same way you reasonably could in a physical shop. However, if the product has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may be entitled to reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value.
Your statutory withdrawal rights are separate from your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

17. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to every type of purchase.
Depending on the product and applicable law, exceptions may include:
• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you;
• goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
• sealed audio, video, or software products once unsealed;
• certain digital content once supply has begun with the legally required consent; and
• other products or services specifically excluded by applicable consumer law.
We will not rely on an exception where doing so would conflict with your mandatory consumer rights.

18. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains the practical process for sending products back to us.
Any voluntary return period offered by Aloied in addition to your statutory rights will be stated in that policy or on the relevant product page.
Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be handled within the period required by applicable law. Where permitted, we may wait until the returned goods are received, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, before completing the refund.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
Where applicable, a statutory withdrawal refund will include the standard outbound delivery cost, but we are not required to refund additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery service than the standard option we offered.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display a completed refund in your account.

19. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, faulty, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Providing your order number together with clear photographs or video of the product, packaging, or shipping label can help us investigate the issue more quickly.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate solution may include repair, replacement, price reduction, re-delivery, or refund.
We will not require you to pay costs that the law requires us to cover for a confirmed defective or non-conforming product.

20. Legal Guarantee and Consumer Rights
Consumers in the European Union benefit from statutory protection when goods are faulty, not as described, or do not perform as they reasonably should.
EU law generally provides consumers with a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods, subject to applicable national rules.
This legal guarantee is different from any voluntary manufacturer’s warranty or commercial guarantee that may be supplied with a product.
A manufacturer’s warranty does not replace or reduce the rights you have against us as the seller.
Nothing in these Terms, our Refund and Returns Policy, or a product warranty is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Product Safety and Proper Use
Products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, warnings, age restrictions, maintenance requirements, or safety information supplied with them.
Please check that a product is suitable for your intended use before using it.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from deliberate misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of a product in a way for which it was not designed, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
If you believe a product is unsafe, stop using it and contact us.

22. Customer Accounts
You may be able to create an account to make shopping and order management easier.
You are responsible for keeping your password and login information confidential.
Please contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
You are also responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date, including your contact and delivery details.
We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, a security problem, or a serious breach of these Terms.

23. Reviews and Other Customer Content
Where the website allows customers to submit reviews, photographs, questions, comments, or other content, please make sure that what you submit is honest, relevant, lawful, and based on genuine experience.
Content must not be abusive, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, obscene, or infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
By submitting content for publication, you give us permission to display and use it in connection with the operation and promotion of Aloied, while you continue to retain any ownership rights you may have in that content.
We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our moderation standards.

24. Intellectual Property
The Aloied website and its original content, including its branding, logo, website design, graphics, text, photographs, product presentation, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Filewave Ltd unless stated otherwise.
You may view and use the website for your own personal shopping purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

25. Third-Party Services and Links
Aloied relies on third-party providers to operate parts of the shopping experience.
These may include payment processors, couriers, fulfilment centres, suppliers, hosting providers, analytics services, communication platforms, and other technology partners.
Our website may also contain links to websites operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the independent content, security, availability, or privacy practices of websites that we do not operate. However, the use of a third-party service to fulfil your order does not remove obligations that applicable consumer law places on us as the seller.

26. Website Availability
We work to keep aloied.com available and functioning properly, but websites occasionally require maintenance or experience technical problems.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or browser.
We may temporarily suspend, modify, or update parts of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical improvements, legal compliance, or business operations.
Where possible, we will try to minimise unnecessary disruption.

27. Fraud and Security Checks
To protect customers and prevent unauthorised transactions, orders may be subject to automated or manual fraud checks.
In some cases, we may ask for additional information to verify an order before fulfilment.
We may delay, reject, or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that a transaction is fraudulent, unauthorised, unlawful, or presents a significant security risk.
Any personal information used for fraud prevention will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

28. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into, or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Because the website is intended primarily for consumers, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or commercial data resulting from a consumer purchase.
Nothing in this section affects any remedies you have under applicable product safety, product liability, consumer protection, or other mandatory law.

29. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Sometimes an order or service may be affected by events that we cannot reasonably prevent.
Examples may include severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil disruption, transport shutdowns, customs disruption, government action, major network outages, strikes affecting third-party services, or other exceptional events.
If an event outside our reasonable control affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.
This section does not remove any right to cancel, obtain a refund, or use another remedy where applicable law gives you that right.

30. Privacy and Personal Information
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, which service providers may receive it, how long it may be retained, and the rights available to you.

31. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, we would prefer the opportunity to resolve it directly.
Please contact support@aloied.com and include your order number where relevant, together with a clear description of the issue.
More information about how complaints are handled and escalated can be found in our Complaints and Disputes Resolution Policy.
Nothing in our internal complaints process prevents you from using any consumer protection authority, alternative dispute resolution procedure, regulator, or court available to you under applicable law.

32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, website, business practices, or legal obligations change.
The latest version will be published on aloied.com together with the date it was last updated.
Changes will apply to future use of the website and future purchases from the date the updated Terms take effect.
Where an order has already been accepted, we will not retrospectively change the contractual terms of that order unless required by law or agreed with you.

33. Severability
If a court or competent authority decides that part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

34. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have given up that right.
Similarly, exercising one right does not prevent us from exercising another right available under these Terms or applicable law.

35. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and contracts formed through aloied.com are governed by the laws of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory local consumer protections, nothing in this section takes those protections away or prevents you from bringing proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
